Taxes are late after the 10th of the the month that they are due.
PLEASE NOTE: ANY unpaid taxes as of December 31st are eligible for tax sale.
Tax installments not paid on or before the due date are subject to interest penalties of eight percent (8%) per annum on the first $1,500.00 of the delinquency and eighteen (18%) per annum on any amount in excess of $1,500.00.
Tax bills are mailed out ONCE a year in July. Duplicate copies can be obtained from the tax office.
